IBM 60 GB drive

Chris shipped me a WD HDD 60 GB and the packaging was subpar. No static bag no jumpers..I was worried to say the least. I installed the drive and it worked, but had the marble drop of death sound. I let chris know. He apologized and sent me another 60GB IBM drive. Drive came in a static bag, with jumpers :D :D and was very well packaged. Drive worked just fine. Chris is a top notch guy in my book. Something was wrong and he made it right. That is what trust is. A+++++++++++++++++++
